Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise use this Web site. Failure to use this Web site in accordance with the following terms of use may subject you to severe civil and criminal penalties.

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between Boyer's Web Designs and you. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to Boyer's Web Designs, the content, products, and services provided by or through Boyer's Web Designs, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. You should review this Agreement prior to each use of Boyer's Web Designs products and services.

The products, services, content, graphics, design, and other matters related to Boyer's Web Designs are protected under applicable copyrights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication of any such matters or any part of Boyer's Web Designs web site is strictly prohibited except by special agreement between Boyer's Web Designs and you. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, product or other matters viewed and delivered through Boyer's Web Designs except for your own web site delivered to you by Boyer's Web Designs. All the copyrights for Boyer's Web Designs products as stated in Boyer's Web Designs. Terms of Use are reserved.

1) Boyer's Web Designs is only responsible for implementing the project as specified in interview and project description. If the customer wishes to make additional changes he should request an additional quote, otherwise he agrees to accept the running result.

2) Boyer's Web Designs has a right to cancel the order in the following cases:

a) The client does not give Boyer's Web Designs all the data necessary for customization;

b) The client demands unreasonable revision of the order.

c) Boyer's Web Designs billing officers suspect the payment to be fraud.

3) Boyer's Web Designs has the right to set an extra price quote if the client wishes to make additional project changes which were not stipulated before and were not stated in the project description.

4) Boyer's Web Designs does not guarantee to complete tuning to schedule specified prior to the beginning of development. Breaks in production may happen because of customer's activity (i.e. the client doesn't give Boyer's Web Designs all the data necessary for customization or gives false contacts).

5) As soon as the customer accepts the result the project is considered to be implemented successfully and isn't to be reviewed or revised.

OUR REFUND POLICY
Since Boyer's Web Designs is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is published on the Internet, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

Privacy Policy
Boyer's Web Designs pledges that the information you enter will not be shared with any outside party without your expressed consent (does not include fraud cases) and that any e-mails you receive from Boyer's Web Designs will be related to your order.

Electronic Signatures and Agreements
You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on the buttons labeled "SUBMIT", "DOWNLOAD", "I ACCEPT" or such similar links as may be designated by Boyer's Web Designs to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by this Agreement. Pursuant to any applicable statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS AND OTHER RECORDS AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED THROUGH THE Boyer's Web Designs PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records.
